Dr. Ann Chernyak is passionate about providing quality dentistry. She has attained extensive training in the dental field and specializes in periodontics and dental implants. She values the importance of maintaining her patients’ teeth for a lifetime and understands the relationship of healthy dentition to overall, systemic health. Her practice philosophy is to provide minimally invasive and most conservative treatment methods to achieve optimal dental health and a beautiful smile. After completing the general practice residency program, Dr. Chernyak began to practice as a general dentist. She quickly realized the importance of saving teeth and preserving her patients’ natural dentition. She then continued her education in the field of periodontics. She completed a 3-year program in periodontology and oral implantology at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. She also earned an MS in Oral Biology and achieved the status of board certified periodontist.
