Dr. Chernyak, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, further honed her skills through a general practice residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Her journey continued with a 3-year program in periodontology and oral implantology at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, leading to board certification as a periodontist. At Bucks County Periodontics, her practice reflects the pinnacle of oral surgical care, where every detail is meticulously attended to. Dr. Chernyak’s primary concern is the comfort of her patients throughout their care, making Bucks County Periodontics a trusted destination for optimal dental health and beautiful smiles.

    Commencing her academic journey, Dr. Chernyak earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Albany. During her time in Albany, she engaged in a research internship at Albany Medical College, delving into the realms of immunology and cellular biology.

    Her commitment to excellence led her to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Dr. Chernyak’s dedication to advancing her skills brought her to Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, where she completed a general practice residency program (GPR) after dental school.

    Recognizing the significance of preserving natural dentition, Dr. Chernyak transitioned into practicing as a general dentist. Her desire for continuous learning and commitment to her patient’s well-being led her to pursue a 3-year program in periodontology and oral implantology at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. During this period, she earned an MS in Oral Biology and achieved board certification as a periodontist.
